
Baked Beans
This is a recipe used at DellaPietra family summer events, i.e. birthdays, July 4th, visiting company, etc. No “sticky beans on the spoon” with this recipe.
4 slices bacon
½ cup chopped onions (optional)
3 cans (16 oz) Bush’s Pork and Beans Original or 2 28oz cans (Drain well)
¼ cup ketchup
2 tbsp Golden’s Spicy Mustard
2 tbsp firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp molasses
2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
Drain juice from beans. Fry bacon until crisp and crumbly. Reserve drippings to fry onions (optional)
Combine all into 1 ½ qt casserole. Bake 30 minutes until bubbly. 350 degrees.
